As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as the Online Payments and Payment Platform Specialist (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarters or sometimes remote within Germany.

What Will Your Role Be

As our Online Payment and Payment Platform Specialist (f/m/d), you will play a key role in shaping our organization’s payment landscape. You will ensure that our businesses and their customers are offered the payment methods that suit their payment habits and needs. Your expertise in the world of online payments will help us to stay ahead of changes in banking legislation and the necessary technical adaptations.

What You´ll Do

• You’ll make sure the online payment experience of our customers is part of our success story, you will identify optimizations and that way support growth paths.
• You’ll own the full online payment cycle with a consultative approach being the payment platform specialist.
• You’ll identify the needs our business verticals have in terms of payment functionalities for our customers in Europe as well as worldwide
• You’ll partner with our IT department to be the payment platforms specialist in terms of available functionalities as well as being the communicator between us and our account managers with our payment platform providers.
• You’ll balance out all solutions between business needs and risk mitigation when it comes to fraud prevention.
• You’ll stay on top of all developments in the world of online payments – technology, innovation as well as law change wise.
• You’ll prepare regular reports to inform about all developments in the area of online payments and fraud at Spread Group based on data and KPIs.
