As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as the Video Editor/ Motion Graphics Designer (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarters or remotely within Germany.

What Will Your Role Be

The Photography team is responsible for the imagery and video of our ever-expanding range of products which are presented and marketed in the growing brand diversity of Spread Group.You will be collaborating with designers, copywriters and marketers to drive the product vision and Brand forward in a company that’s passionate about letting people express themselves through the things they wear, use and carry.

What You´ll Do

• Edit video footage and audio for various projects including: campaigns, ads, internal events, social media content, product and informational videos
• Input sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and adapting voice-overs
• Input graphics and text to enhance footage
• Improve and correct lighting and coloring of footage
• Support the overall brand direction, develop concepts in collaboration with the creative team and the business units
• Ensure that all video content meets brand guidelines and that the product quality and integrity is maintained
• Pre-Production and Shoot planning (preparing products, scouting locations, acquiring accessories etc.)
• Organize and maintain project files and media assets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing
• Support in shooting smaller projects when needed
• Assist in shootings

What You´ll Bring

• A degree in Cinematography, Multimedia or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of studio & location lighting
• 3+ years working as a Video Editor required
• Excellent computer skills, including Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and German
• Current portfolio mandatory for consideration with focus: fashion, lifestyle and product

Nice To Haves

• Awareness of contemporary trends in fashion
• Experience in working with teams on set
• Experience with Still Photography and Photo Editing
