As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as the English Ad Copywriter (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarters or remotely within Germany.

Your boundless creativity and masterful knowledge of the English language will allow you to take copywriting to the next level. Your distinctive style, voice and tone is bound to delight and convert customers. You have a natural ability to write playful and witty texts, and you can communicate complex topics in a casual but professional way. Most importantly, you can get to the essence of a message precisely and concisely, while still being able to entertain. What You´ll Do

• You will be responsible for the linguistic optimization of English copy – from headline to CTA – always hitting the right tone
• You will conceive creative concepts and always find the best communication solution with innovative ideas
• You are aware of the tricks of the trade when it comes to copywriting, so that you can always address the target groups of our brands (Spreadshirt, SPREAD, Spreadshop and SPOD) in a way that fits them perfectly
• You will be charged with finding localized solutions for English-speaking markets, from coming up with claims and mission statements to the wording of landing pages, newsletters and pay-per-click marketing

What You´ll Bring

• You are a native speaker of English
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in ad copywriting, D2C communication or in a creative agency
• You understand German well enough to be able to trans-create texts into English while maintaining the core messaging from the German copy
• You are creative, possess an analytical mindset and have strong technical knowledge
• You are proactive, pragmatic and results-oriented
• You can take responsibility for your projects and work independently
• You will be part of the Central Marketing Team. Teamwork is a strength of yours!
