As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as the DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarters or remotely within Germany.

What You´ll Do

• You will develop operating software and tools to enable our developers to be highly productive and autonomous in developing and releasing software
• You will develop new deployment solutions based on Kubernetes and Docker as well as virtual servers with Puppet
• You will maintain, monitor and continuously optimize our existing infrastructure based on Linux, containers and virtual servers
• You will provide tools to continuously monitor operations (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Logstash)
• You will analyze and reflect on existing architectures, as we consider change to be a driving force in our development

What You´ll Bring

• You have a degree in computer science or experience in software development or release management
• You are proficient in a programming or scripting language commonly used in systems automation, such as Golang, Python, or Bash
• You know how to handle and configure Linux-based servers and containers
• You have experience with Git, Continuous Integration system, Puppet – or you are eager to learn about these technologies
• You have a keen interest in innovative technologies and enjoy using them in a solution-oriented way

Advantageous

• Experience in software development with Java
• Knowledge of running Kubernetes and Docker
• Familiarity with logging and metrics systems (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch)
