As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as the Head of Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarters or remote within Germany sometimes.
What You´ll Do
- Create and drive the Spread Group Talent Acquisition strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the overall People & Culture strategy and company objectives
- Enable, support, and build a high-performing team, leading, coaching, and developing Talent team members
- Play a key role in supporting leaders to translate their business objectives into clear hiring, development, and engagement strategies
- Drive clear processes for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring best talents to ensure a positive candidate- and hiring manager experience
- Lead the strengthening and further development of Spread Group's employer brand, ensuring candidates in relevant fields know us as an employer
- Design high-quality Talent tools, technology, practices, and processes that can be leveraged across the organization to optimize Talent practices in response to changing talent landscapes
- Build and develop strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other suppliers that help grow internal and external talent pools
- Drive digitalization and automation of Talent processes and reporting, analyzing key metrics to measure success
- Contribute to wider initiatives and projects as a member of the People & Culture leadership team and collaborate closely with other P&C functions to design end-to-end processes and ensure smooth handover between departments
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience in the Talent domain, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or generalist People & Culture roles
- Experience in managing people, strong interpersonal and motivational skills, and ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
- Professional English working proficiency and intercultural sensitivity
