You will be responsible for the development of a coherent global D2C Social Media strategy for all of our Social platforms. You will focus on building a strong social community with the objective of increasing brand loyalty and growing our organic order share. This is a crucial role for our global strategy of building a love brand with high retention rates.

Your Tasks

  • You develop a coherent Social Media growth strategy for our global D2C business, which enhances the overall brand positioning
  • You building up the Social Media team, including all organic Social Media accounts, influencer marketing, brand partnerships and collaborations
  • You are the owner of the Social Media content plan and its execution
  • You are responsible for the community management strategy & execution
  • You define relevant KPIs & reports to track the success of the channels
  • You building up processes and strong relationships with influencers and other brands
  • You have a close collaboration with the content & PR team to develop 360° campaigns

Your Profile

  • You have a (University) Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, communication design, advertising or something comparable
  • You have 4+ years of experience in Social Media, influencer – or content marketing, ideally for an e-commerce or D2C brand
  • You are experienced in building and leading a team
  • You are an excellent team player and you have a hands-on mentality respectively a collaborative spirit
  • You have a high level of creativity and you are always up-to-date with regard to the latest Social Media & general consumer trends
  • You have strong negotiation skills
  • You are fluent in English and German
