As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as an CRM Specialist (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarters or remotely within Germany.
What You´ll Do
Working within a designated business field for our Spreadshop and Spreadconnect brands and reporting to the Head of CRM the key responsibilities for the CRM Specialist will include:
- Work closely with the Head of CRM to implement new campaigns and programmes within Salesforce across a variety of channels
- Manage and maintain Salesforce integrations with all digital touchpoints.
- Build, maintain and monitor quality automated workflows across the customer life-cycle.
- Collaborate with the necessary teams to implement and measure campaign life-cycles through acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Work with the global acquisition teams to review performance of lead acquisition and nurturing campaigns, optimising campaigns to improve ROI and conversion.
- Work with Salesforce to configure and maintain Salesforce reporting dashboards which measure the performance of marketing and sales campaigns.
- Working closely with the Head of CRM, Operations and Key Account teams to improve and develop an appropriate lead scoring strategy, based on sales requirements to implement into the top, middle and bottom marketing funnel.
- Working collaboratively with other departments, you will use automation to help achieve business goals faster and more efficiently than ever before. You will work with the Head of CRM to look at new ways to drive the growth and retention levels of customers.
- Implement A/B testing campaigns to identify the best performing setups.
- Routinely audit the lead database to ensure data is high quality.
What You´ll Bring
- At least 1 years experience of implementation and use of Salesforce, other CRM platform experience considered.
- Experience of working on email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing.
- Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas including copy-writing, social media, and user experience and user interface design.
- Strong email marketing and campaign experience.
- Experience of setting up effective workflows.
- Data driven decision making.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and detail orientated.
- Excellent time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Commercially minded.
- Strive to continually improve results with a desire to share new ideas and work hard towards common goals
- Strong written and verbal English
- The candidate must be based in Berlin or Leipzig to enable effective and timely communications with the Head of CRM and the wider European based team
