As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as the Success Manager (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarter or hybrid/remote within Germany.

What You´ll Do

  • Development of trusting, loyal and long-term relationships with our merchants
  • Evaluation and analysis of merchant needs
  • Planning and organization of merchant onboarding & trainings
  • Communicate pro-actively on product and projects and invest in their engagement for their and our future growth
  • Grow the number of successful selling merchants and maximize their lifetime-value
  • Pro-actively and consistently demonstrate the value and benefits of our product and all connected services
  • Coach and support merchants with different service levels depending on sales volume and engagement level
  • Review available reports to determine patterns and indicators to find high potential merchants
  • Respond to issues and questions raised by the merchants and represent their needs within the company
  • Forward technical problems to IT and follow-up on them until they are solved
  • Act as an advocate for our merchants and fostering customer loyalty

What You´ll Bring

  • You know how to engage with people in a trustworthy and open way
  • You know about the US online and e-commerce market and its needs
  • You have a strong track record in customer service and/or community management
  • You have firsthand experience with the e-commerce market, ideally with Shopify or other shop systems
  • You have firsthand experience in working with CRM systems e.g., Salesforce
  • You are analytical and structured, driven by numbers and eager to act based on them
  • You strive to make sure that our customers can use our software to maximize impact, revenue and profit
  • You are open for flexible working times to hold meetings with partners in NA times zones from time to time
  • You are able to communicate fluently in English (native level); German is a plus
