External Fulfilment Manager (f/m/d)

External Fulfilment Manager (f/m/d) – Spread Group, Germany (Hybrid)  

Remote first, occasional travel to HQ and partner site visits.  

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented external Fulfilment Manager to join our Order Management team at Spread Group, the global provider of customised apparel and lifestyle.  

As a Fulfilment Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by managing relationships with external partners and optimizing fulfilment processes from a global point of view. You will be responsible for collaborating with current and future external partners to meet the diverse needs of our customers while maintaining the high standards of our brand. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Manages actively third-party fulfiller on global scale (tendering, looking for new fulfiller etc.) 
• Manages the order management team, which fulfils third party orders 
• Align regularly with Sales departments on process improvements and SLA and other Operations related departments (Procurement, Quality, Shipping etc.) 
• Defines and implements global platform fulfilment rules and executes them (what products to be fulfilled externally/internally) 
• Develops with Senior Management and IT the future platform strategy and processes to create scalable processes 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline order fulfilment processes, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing 
• Monitor partner performance, address issues promptly, and implement continuous improvement initiatives 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

• Master/Bachelor/Diploma of BA or similar 
• +7 Years relevant working experience 
• Conceptional and analytical but hands on at the same time 
• Experience in negotiation and third-party management 
• Experience in Assortment Management 
• Ability to handle a dynamic and challenging working environment
