What Will Your Role Be 

We are looking for a Junior SEO Manager (f/m/d) to join our experienced team and work across over 18 international domains in 22 different languages. This position is ideal for someone who understands the basic fundamentals of SEO and wants to further their career.

What You´ll Do  

• Monitor and analyse the performance of our website with the help of SEO tools. 
• Carry out keyword research & analysis as well as competitor analysis in order to increase visibility and traffic. 
• Responsible for on-page and off-page optimization. 
• Create content to optimize for search engines, with the help of content creators and AI tools such as Chat GPT. 
• Keep an eye on trends and SEO best practices. 
• Analyse trending search (internal and external) topics and make recommendations.  
• Collaborate with various teams, e.g., Campaign Management, Licensing Team, and Category Management, on SEO-related topics. 

What You´ll Bring 

• At least one year of SEO experience and knowledge of industry tools (GSC / Sistrix etc.) – preferably within an e-commerce context.  
• Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English, additional language(s) is a plus.
• Great analytical skills – and able to use them to identify opportunities to help our business grow.
• High level of commitment, passion, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Fast learning and able to apply new skills in a proactive way.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and can demonstrate efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Motivated to tackle complex challenges.
• Sense of current search trends and culture.  
• Experience in working with content management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing is an advantage. 
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
