What Your Role Will Be

Our dynamic Marketing team is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to oversee our global online marketing campaigns, optimize performance goals, and foster strategic partnerships. Join us and bring your knack for performance marketing, sharp analytical skills, and love for innovation to grow together!

It could be based in Leipzig or Berlin and have a flexible hybrid policy.

What You´ll Do

• Manage our online marketing campaigns (display, collaborations, affiliate, offline partners) globally for our D2C channels.
• Support the content and strategic development of our affiliate program and strengthen our existing partnerships.
• Optimize independently according to agreed performance goals with budget and take responsibility for sales.
• Create reports and analyses and further expand our tracking.
• Enjoy working with external counterparts and negotiating the best deal.
• Control and implement A/B testing.
• Stay up to date with new market developments and trends. This opens new business potential and cooperation opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams and agencies.
• Like to take responsibility and combine creativity with analysis - because you design, develop, and manage online marketing measures and control with passion.

What You´ll Bring

• Several years of professional experience in the field of performance marketing.
• A high affinity for numbers, an analytical mindset, and the ability to interpret data and derive measures from it.
• You have a high level of technical understanding.
• Ability to work very independently and solution-oriented.
• A high level of team spirit and a high level of hands-on mentality, initiative, and passion for our mission.
• You are confident in using MS Office – especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate well in German (B1+) and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
