As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our SpreadLive team as the Shopify E-commerce Specialist (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. SpreadLive is the newest playground in the Spread Group, specialising in merchandising in the live entertainment sector. From festivals and artist merch to sporting events, we offer the right merchandise solution for our customers with our 360° approach.

This role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters.

What Will Your Role Be

We are seeking an E-commerce specialist (f/m/d) with expertise in Shopify online shops to join our growing Live Entertainment team. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas to enhance our e-commerce strategy. Your skills will be essential in optimizing our Shopify stores, improving user experience, and driving sales growth. What You´ll Do

• Optimising and maintaining our Online Shops for the Live Entertainment business: build, maintain, and optimize Shopify-based online shops for the merchandise products in collaboration with the product management, internal and external tech teams.
• Product Management: select and list merchandise products, create product setups, and coordinate SKU processes in collaboration with the sourcing and photo teams.
• E-Commerce Strategy: develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue in collaboration with the marketing and controlling teams.
• Customer Experience and Conversion Optimization: ensure a seamless customer experience by optimizing the shop’s usability, analyzing the customer journey, and improving the conversion rate in collaboration with the user research and web analytics teams.
• Analysis and Reporting: monitor and analyze sales figures, user behavior, and marketing campaigns using Shopify analytics and other analytical tools, create regular reports and action recommendations.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery in collaboration with the category management and purchasing teams.

What You´ll Bring

• Education: ideally a degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, media management, or a comparable field.
• Work Experience: first practical experience in e-commerce or online marketing gained from an internships, student jobs, or an entry-level position.
• Technical Knowledge: basic experience with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies would be a plus.
• Interest in E-commerce: strong interest in digital business models, online retail, and current trends in e-commerce and merchandising.
• Marketing knowledge: basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media marketing, and email marketing. Initial experience in creating content for online shops or marketing campaigns would be a plus.
• Analytical Thinking: basic understanding of data analysis and KPI interpretation. First experience with tools like Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics is desirable.
• Communication Skills: strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Willingness to Learn: willingness to learn new tools and systems and to develop continuously.
