👔 Responsibilities
Staker is a financial application that helps users realize their dreams by building and securing wealth throughout their life. Our users trust us to deliver the most secure, intuitive, and delightful experience for years to come. As a senior software engineer you will have to:
- Develop high-quality software design and architecture
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
- Review and debug code
- Perform validation and verification testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
- Document development phases and monitor systems
- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
- Hire and mentor junior engineers
💪 Required Skills & Knowledge
Staker uses a variety of programming languages and cloud services. We are looking to recruit engineers that are comfortable picking up new technology, designing against minimal documentation, and creating cutting edge yet secure applications.
The ideal candidate has experience in the following:
- Programming and design pattern knowledge
- C# .NET / Java
- NodeJS (Typescript)
- Flutter/ ReactNative
- Cloud services
- Azure
- Google Cloud Platform
- Amazon Web Services
- Data processing and analytics
- Elastic stack
- Data science and statistics knowledge is a plus
- Smart contracts / Blockchain
- Querying and parsing contract events
- Writing, testing, and deploying contracts
- Working with security auditors
