The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Fintech/Revenue-Based Finance team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance our demand generation growth.

This role involves managing a variety of marketing initiatives including email campaigns, direct mailers, webinars, and event management. The Marketing Manager will also support paid advertising efforts and collaborate closely with the digital team to optimize marketing activities. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, this position requires a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong background in fintech marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including email campaigns, direct mailers, and other direct marketing techniques to engage existing customers and attract new clients.
  • Support Paid Advertising: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing reports to senior management and adjusting tactics as necessary to meet KPIs.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials and content for various channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all marketing activities are delivered within allocated funds.
  • Manage Webinars and Events: Organize and run webinars and events that promote our products and services, ensuring high levels of participation and engagement from target audiences.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fintech or revenue-based finance industries.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics software.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Experience in managing budgets and a clear understanding of ROI analysis.
