About the Role

As a Strategic Initiatives Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting our organization's strategic projects, particularly within the dynamic landscape of blockchain technology. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, product and legal, you'll be instrumental in facilitating key initiatives to propel project success.

What You Will Do

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, engineering, product, compliance, and legal teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Support the project management of key initiatives by coordinating discussions, tracking next steps, and monitoring overall project progress.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations related to strategic initiatives.
Conduct in-depth research on market trends within the blockchain space and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign collaboration ideas

What We Are Looking For

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
Previous working experience, including internships, preferably in the tech, finance, or consulting sectors.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliability and a genuine interest in the digital asset space.
