About the Role

The role will require the individual to maintain a high level of coordination with our CEO, COO and the rest of the StraitsX Leadership team on a daily basis to work across all aspects of Executive level challenges and cross-functional projects of key strategic importance to the management team.

What You Will Do

Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for the leadership team, defining clear hypotheses and building business cases that will influence our approach.
Oversee and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives to drive high priority outcomes.
Collaborate with various departments to oversee and streamline business operations by optimizing teams' workflows, SOPs and other operational needs.
Support department heads in optimizing their teams’ workflows, SOPs, and other operational needs.
Monitor key drivers of Company performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and actively participate in implementing necessary changes.
Own and manage our company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from planning to leading monthly or quarterly recap meetings.
Communicate progress upwards to the CEO and COO, as well as across the organization
Conduct advanced analysis for key projects, such as financial analysis, go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and business case development.

What We Are Looking For

Related degree (e.g., Business, Finance,) or equivalent experience and qualifications.
Have 8-10+ years relevant management and leadership experience in FinTech, banking, consulting or a high-growth tech start-up.
Experience managing and implementing large strategy projects at either a management consulting firm or at a large company
Hands-on attitude, strong execution, a high level of resilience, and happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the varied work associated with a fast-growing business.
Expertise in managing stakeholders and interpersonal skills, ensuring that trust and consensus is built quickly and maintained.
Highly analytical with the ability to always back up arguments with data.
Strong understanding of with the concepts, products, and services that are driving web3 with a particular focus on DeFi including but not limited to coin generation events, tokenomics, decentralization, wallets, bridges, cryptography, DEXes, identity management, fraud management, and regulatory compliance.
