What You Will Do
- Ecosystem Strategy and Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem strategy aligned with our vision and business goals.
- Identify key players, projects, and trends within the cryptocurrency space.
- Forge strategic partnerships with blockchain foundations, exchanges, developers, and other ecosystem participants.
- Drive initiatives to expand our ecosystem reach and influence.
- Community Engagement:
- Cultivate a vibrant and engaged community of users, developers, and enthusiasts.
- Organize events, webinars, and meetups to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Education and Awareness:
- Create educational content, including blog posts, tutorials, and videos, to enhance ecosystem understanding.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote our ecosystem initiatives.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and industry events to represent StraitsX and share insights.
- Product Integration:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate new features and services into our ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless user experiences across our platforms.
- Monitor and analyse ecosystem metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about regulatory developments related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably in ecosystem development, community management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenomics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for driving innovation and adoption within the cryptocurrency space.
