What You Will Do 
  • Identify business opportunities, potential clients and HNW customers to help create profitable accounts by understanding clients’ needs and requests.
  • Drive stablecoin trading volume and revenue by demonstrating the benefits of the company's product and OTC services.
  • Quickly and accurately price and quote for clients when needed.
  • Facilitate the whole trade lifecycle and client facing communication.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams to support delivery of business development projects and pipeline.
  • Manage institutional accounts onboarding process and assist the business team with AML/KYB process.
What We Are Looking For
  • You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years experience in a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, Institutional Sales, OTC trader or similar role in FinTech or blockchain/digital assets firm
  • Strong understanding or personal experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital assets concepts.
  • Understand the stablecoin value proposition, facilitating the drive for partnerships and sales within the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Embrace a forward-thinking mindset, tackling challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Thrive as a team player, confidently navigating challenging situations with determination.
  • Showcase adept organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, underscored by acute attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Display comprehensive knowledge of the digital asset landscape, encompassing exchanges, wallet providers, L1/2s, cross-chain bridges, and related components.
