We are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist to join our Polish team to support the team with IT-related requests and projects.
Your daily role:
- Provide IT helpdesk support and manage IT equipment and tools, including setting up computers and creating access rights for new employees.
- Participate in projects involving information technology implementation and infrastructure integration of new solutions.
- Manage and monitor the company's information systems, including servers and network solutions.
- Coordinate IT-related information exchange, including documentation and preparation of FAQs.
- Communicate and cooperate with suppliers and partners.
What describes you:
- Hands-on experience as IT Support Specialist, IT Specialist or a similar role.
- Familiarity with configuring network, hardware, servers, and experience with Microsoft 365.
- Proactive in taking initiative and leading necessary changes for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English for effective cross-cultural communication.
- Enthusiastic about renewable energy and cutting-edge technologies, demonstrating a forward-thinking mindset.
- You are willing to work full-time in the office.
