We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel to join our team at Sunly. In this role, you'll provide legal support across various aspects of our business, including retail operations and startup investments.
Your daily role:
- prepare and review legal documents related to start-up investments, retail operations, and renewable energy projects
- identify legal risks through comprehensive analysis, including due diligence processes
- carry out corporate legal and day-to-day business activities
- assist in legal matters across all other departments
- provide input on processes and policies to help scale the organisation
What describes you:
- experienced in consulting on legal matters in energy, retail, or start-up sectors
- an LLM/Master’s degree in law
- excellence and accuracy in legal drafting and negotiations
- curiosity and accountability
- proficiency in Estonian and English, both in written and spoken
- passion and sincere interest in renewable energy and future technologies
