We are looking for a skilled RES Technical Specialist to lead our projects in Poland. You will lead coordination efforts, ensuring timely completion and seamless collaboration with contractors.
Your daily role:
- Coordinate RES projects, ensuring adherence to established schedules and deadlines.
- Supervise construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors and service companies.
- Participate in the partial and final acceptance of construction works.
- Manage technical documentation and administer required documents.
- Provide ongoing progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
What describes you:
- Technical education or currently obtaining technical education.
- Proficiency in working with technical documentation and excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional organisational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive in taking initiative and leading necessary changes for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English for effective cross-cultural communication.
