  We're looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, particularly within the iGaming or related digital entertainment industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with advanced workforce management software and tools. 
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing large, outsourced teams effectively. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working closely with both internal stakeholders and external BPO partners. 
  • A thorough understanding of the iGaming industry’s compliance and regulatory environment is preferred. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee the scheduling and resource allocation for an outsourced customer support team, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Develop and execute advanced workforce management strategies to meet the dynamic needs of the iGaming industry. 
  • Analyze performance metrics from BPO partners to drive data-driven decisions that improve workforce productivity and service quality. 
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Service to manage headcount effectively, ensuring it aligns with business needs, including the training and development of outsourced staff. 
  • Monitor industry trends, events, and campaign calendars, including sports events, to ensure optimal use of headcount. 
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and BPO partners, facilitating communication and the implementation of best practices in workforce management.
