As a Lead Graphic Designer at Superbet, you'll play a vital role in crafting our multi-brand communications globally and ensuring a cohesive user experience across marketing and product materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, resulting in visually striking designs that connect with our audience.
You will also be a design leader in the team, mentoring junior and middleweight designers, serving as an inspirational design figure and a person to lead and guide the visual output.
What we are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a Lead Design role;
- Has a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, hierarchy, space and color;
- Is proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Has an available portfolio with an outstanding range of work, all with rationale and evidence of the process behind your ideas;
- Proves a track record of delivering a project from start to finish;
- Has an excellent eye for detail, consistency and accuracy;
- Is technically able to edit and adapt artwork in various formats for all platforms;
- Is confident to interact and collaborate with other departments and taking creative direction;
- Has the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once;
- Is confident in leading a team of designers and ensuring creative alignment on market levels, including providing clear creative feedback;
- Proves excellent communication skills;
- Proves a proficient level of English;
Bonus points if you:
- Have motion design / basic video editing knowledge as an advantage;
What you'll be doing:
- Design various types of assets based on briefs and aligned with brand identity;
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, resulting in visually striking designs that connect with our audience;
- Communicate with various stakeholders on specific tasks, providing guidance and inputs resulting in best possible communication materials;
- Work closely with brand designers and other departments and teams assuring communication is well aligned with the global brand and within the market;
- Collaborated with the Marketing department on the preparation of ATL campaigns;
- Be a leader in the team, mentoring junior and middleweight designers, serving as an inspirational design figure and a person to lead and guide the visual output;
- Stay up to date with the design/brand trends;
- Work with design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
