  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish;
  • Is customer-oriented and has the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Has good computer skills;
  • Proves high attention to detail;
  • Has the ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers;
  • Has experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Communicating with customers through various channels;
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service;
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at the all times.
