The Events Specialist will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly and meet or exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, creativity, and an eye for detail, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is experienced in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment/sports environment;
- Proves a track record of creative and successful events;
- Proves excellent organizational skills;
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Has the ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm and maintain a customer-service mindset;
- Has an active interest in sports;
- Is a team player;
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating with current vendors, suppliers, and event partners;
- Finding new vendors;
- Negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Managing event budgets and logistics;
- Overseeing all vendors and services during the event to ensure everything goes smoothly.
