Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer service and payment teams, ensuring a seamless and superior payment experience for our customers.
- Take ownership of delivering end-to-end, reliable, innovative, and comprehensive payment solutions that address client needs effectively.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align initiatives with overall payment strategies and business roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain an attractive service value proposition, driving high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Lead the enhancement, development, and maintenance of services, functionalities, and expertise to support both clients and internal teams.
- Create and regularly update internal documentation, including knowledge bases, templates, and procedures, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Design, generate, and manage reports, dashboards, notifications, and alerts to provide actionable insights and timely updates.
- Proactively escalate client issues to internal product teams or payment partners, collaborating on effective resolution plans.
- Work with the product team to contribute to the development of new propositions and ensure smooth implementation of strategies.
- Conduct audits, analyse data, and deliver insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in payments, industry developments, regulatory updates, and security advancements.
- Research and evaluate emerging payment solutions to ensure the organization remains competitive in a dynamic marketplace.
- Define and document system improvement requirements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and reliability in payment processing.
This position offers the flexibility to be undertaken remotely, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates located in diverse regions. However, we have a preference for individuals who are able to work from our offices in Malta, UK, Spain or Croatia, as this enables greater collaboration with our teams and a more direct involvement in our day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in payments operations, optimization, or related roles.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of knowledge within the Igaming industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of Payment IQ, including the configuration of new methods and rules.
- In-depth knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security standards in the payment industry.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies.
