We are looking for someone who:
- Has Bachelor`s degree or equivalent education with 2-3 years (minimum) experience in a similar compliance-based role;
- Is fluent in English and Serbian, both written and verbal;
- Has proven analytical and investigative skills;
- Has excellent time-management and organizational skills with the attention to details;
- Can adapt to challenge issues/opportunities;
- Proves excellent communication skills with very good presentation skills;
- Has a solid understanding of the respective gambling regulations, AML, responsible gaming, and/or data protection regulations.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in compliance role in I-Gaming industry.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and oversee all responsibilities related to the gaming certifications in Serbia;
- Support with gaming certifications in other markets;
- Assist and/or lead with the global compliance management obligations, requirements, project, audits or due diligences;
- Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers, local advisors and regulatory bodies;
- Report to national authorities as needed;
- Work together with multiple teams on product development and adherence to compliance;
- Support license management in Serbia, with solid understanding of all regulations applicable to industry and business;
- Identify and inform any changes to legislation and regulatory requirements relating to license maintenance;
- Develop, implement and maintain local-specific policies and procedures.
