- Has keen interest in the betting and gaming industry
- Has an analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive performance
- Creating a feedback loop with country leads to identify and fix customer friction points
- Has the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with teams located in different regions
What you'll be doing:
- Report to the Gaming Performance Manager and work closely with compliance, commercial and operations
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with other teams to ensure the smooth launch of new content
- Road Map Management: Managing and updating our casino new game releases and roadmap to provide the market with content that matches customer preferences
- Compliance: Making sure our games are certified and compliant for relevant jurisdiction
- Issue Monitoring: Keeping an eye on casino and customer support channels to identify and address any issues related to games not functioning properly
- Lobby Management: Ensuring the look of the casino lobbies remain modern, appealing, and competitive by optimizing game positioning and creating engaging thumbnails for the lobby page
- Data-Driven Planning: Conducting weekly and monthly planning of game positioning for all brands through data-driven reporting decisions
