  • This position will be working within our Lucky 7 entity. Founded 2018 by a highly experienced team with a proven track-record. Lucky 7 is part of a fast-growing group within online casinos. The company continues to grow with its main product but also through several upcoming new products and markets. Based in Malta, Barcelona, London and with operations extending over several countries.

     

    Main Purpose of the Job: 

    Owns and manages the accounts payable function from invoice processing, approval flows, to payment for multiple entities across a number of jurisdictions.  Assist in the month end deliverables including creditor, bank and payment service provider reconciliations.  Also provides support to the broader finance team for regular group reporting tasks and ad hoc work as it arises. 

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage the accounts payable function for multiple entities across multiple jurisdictions. Invoice processing, approval flows, to setting up payments.
    • Assist in month end deliverables including creditor, bank and payment service provider reconciliations.
    • Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and prepayments as part of month end
    • Assist with reviewing and analysing costs
    • Assist the finance team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing as required
    • Dealing with intercompany transactions
    • Maintaining balance sheet schedules including fixed assets
    • Assist with annual audit
    • Assist with other accounting projects as required

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant professional degree 

     

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

     

    Skills:

    • Excellent financial acumen and good working knowledge of financial accounting practices. 
    • Strong excel skills. 
    • Good working knowledge of Financial reporting tools. 
    • Excellent attention to detail.
