This role supports the Brand Manager by adapting and deploying campaign toolkits and materials to fit local market needs. It has a pivotal role in being the connection point between the brand team, studio teams (local and global) and creative agency, ensuring resources efficiency and brand consistency across multiple touchpoints. 


We're looking for someone who:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • At least 3+ years in a similar position at a creative agency or startup.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think strategically.
  • Time management and prioritization.
  • Expertise in organizing, scheduling, and overseeing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.

What you'll be doing?

  • Organization of the local creative agenda alongside Brand Manager
  • Distribution of flow and responsibilities for each stage of creative development (scripts, arts, motion, videos, etc.)
  • Intersection between the internal creative team and the external creative agency, ensuring efficiencies between both structures
  • Intersection between the local and global creative teams (studio), ensuring visibility and alignment as a global brand
  • Localization of demand management, ensuring greater synergy between global, local and external stakeholders
  • Develop campaign objectives, strategies, and timelines in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Research target audience demographics, preferences, and trends to shape campaign messaging.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align campaigns with the overall brand strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities, including coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
