As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations and reporting processes. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
We are looking for someone who:
- Proves a thorough understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations specific to the Polish market.
- Has good financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Has experience with financial software and tools, including ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
- Has excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Proves ethical standards and a commitment to financial integrity and responsibility.
- Is a native Polish speaker with good English skills.
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
- Has the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Have previous exposure to online or betting businesses.
What you'll be doing:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to establish financial targets and objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial stability of the company.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the finance department, implementing best practices where applicable.
