We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in leading analytics or insights teams
- Has communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Has experience using data to drive strategic business decisions and providing data visualization to communicate insights effectively
- Is eager to try our “buffet” of data involving data mining, data analysis, data communication (visualization and presentation)
- Knows how to identify data patterns and trends from available information sources to produce ideas and solutions.
- Knows how to squeeze information from business users to find out the last detail about their needs.
- Has solid experience with analyzing large samples of data – SQL knowledge is a must.
- Has experience developing and implementing processes to align analytics and insight team backlog and priorities to business related objectives leveraging a cross functional and outcome driven mentality

- Are familiar with Tableau
- Have statistics knowledge
- Have previously worked in betting & gaming industry
What you'll be doing?
- Support the Country Managers and the commercial team to define business strategies based on data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Capabilities team to develop solutions that enables your team and develop a self-service mentality around data aimed to increase data literacy and focus analysts on more rewarding and forward-thinking work (collaborate on building data pipelines, creating models to enable better access to insights)
- Develop clear and compelling objectives for the analytics and insights team you lead, leveraging your understanding of company strategy and of the area(s) you are supporting.
- Prioritize team workload and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Manage key deliverables and timelines across team members.
- Develop metrics frameworks to enable better commercial objectives and outcomes (standardizing analytics reporting, defining KPIs for different markets etc.).
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of a large volumes of data, detect trends and identify important details that will be relevant to business leaders looking to improve their strategies
- Implement proposed solutions or collaborate with different teams for developing or actioning on them.
- Analyze complex data sets and processes to understand, identify, and monitor key factors that can improve KPIs and drive the business forward.
