We are looking for a highly motivated Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive the performance of our paid social campaigns in Brazil (São Paulo). In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers in one of our fastest-growing markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful campaigns in the online betting industry, leveraging cutting-edge tools and strategies to deliver exceptional results.

We're looking for someone who has: 

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and other major social advertising platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver on KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the Brazilian digital advertising landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Has an advanced English Level. 

 What you'll be doing:

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X, ensuring delivery against KPIs including CPA, ROI, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging, locally relevant ad creatives and copy tailored to the Brazilian audience.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, creatives, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.

Optimisation & Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise bids, budgets, and audience targeting to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Use advanced analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports to share performance updates and recommendations with internal stakeholders.

Strategy Development

  • Stay up-to-date with paid social trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Work with the regional marketing team to align paid social campaigns with broader brand and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to test new platforms or ad formats, driving innovation within the paid social space.

Market Expertise

  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, including cultural nuances, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities, to inform campaign strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with local advertising regulations and maintain brand safety.

Collaboration

  • Partner with the CRM, programmatic, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with external partners, including platform representatives and agencies, to stay ahead of best practices.
