Senior FP&A Business Partner

SuperBet is looking for a driven Senior FP&A Business Partner to join our Finance team. The Senior FP&A Business Partner will be instrumental in leveraging and reporting financial and operational KPIs, leading efforts in planning, reporting, forecast accuracy, and ensuring cohesion among finance segment leaders. Reporting to the Finance Director, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and be hands-on, actively engaging into day-to-day activities while managing a team of one. This role requires a collaborative individual who can influence business partners with well-founded analysis and business judgment. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of the SuperBet Finance department.

We're looking for someone who:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive FP&A background with 5+ years of finance management experience in a complex organization spanning multiple business units, geographies, or categories.
• Deep experience with financial models and accounting concepts.
• Fluent/native-level Portuguese (Brazil) language skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.

• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• This person needs to strike a strong balance between action and reflection, but their primary focus should be on thoughtful analysis and planning
• Willingness to travel regularly to events and other SuperBet offices for offsite and team meetings.
• Industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and skills in data consolidation and variance analysis, with the ability to think ahead and evaluate various scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial details and concepts clearly to senior management.
• Structured approach to balancing multiple demands and priorities.

What you'll be doing:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the preparation and delivery of the Group’s annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
• Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure they align with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Streamline the forecasting process, enhance forecast accuracy, and facilitate meaningful forecast reviews with leadership.
• Provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy.

Strategic Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct scenario analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business decisions.
• Engage senior management in delivering budgets, highlighting areas of focus, and providing analysis for ad-hoc commercial questions.
