We are looking for an experienced Community Management / Content Lead with a background in content creation and community engagement. This role involves managing our Content Creator Program, building partnerships, and leading a team to improved engagement on our SuperSocial product. The ideal candidate has experience in content strategy, team development, and data-driven decision-making while working closely with CRM and local marketing teams.
- Has strategic thinking skills and can develop long-term plans.
- Can manage and develop team members effectively.
- Has experience as a Community Manager, Content Lead, or Social Media Manager with a successful track record.
- Has leadership skills in guiding and supporting team members.
- Has worked with content creators and influencer programs.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Uses data to inform decisions and optimize engagement strategies.
- Can establish partnerships with content creator platforms to promote user-generated content (UGC).
- Can collaborate with the product team to suggest platform improvements.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the Content Creator Program to support and engage creators.
- Leading and mentoring a team of community managers and content specialists.
- Using data to guide decisions and improve engagement strategies.
- Working with the product team to suggest platform improvements.
- Building partnerships with content creator platforms to increase UGC.
- Coordinating with the CRM and Local Marketing teams to ensure consistency and collaboration.
- Monitoring community sentiment and making improvements based on feedback.
- Developing engagement strategies to increase audience interaction.
- Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in community management and content marketing.
