We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our commercial team for a 6 month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing?
- Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Assist in organising recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
We're looking for someone who:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or an administrative position
- Experience using ATS/ HR Systems (Greenhouse, Success Factors or similar)
- Notion experience would be a bonus
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
