We are seeking a seasoned Brand Manager to support our marketing team in expanding our brand awareness and creating excitement among our customers. Join our dynamic team on the ground in Poland and help ensure our brand proposition makes an impact from day one!
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a brand role within the consumer goods sector, ideally with a background in sports and online/multichannel experience;
- Creativity is in your nature — you think outside the box and push ideas beyond the ordinary;
- Proves experience in contributing to or leading successful brand campaigns;
- Has experience in a global organization with central/local dynamics - is highly desirable;
- Has experience managing agencies and providing clear, actionable feedback;
- Proves strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure;
- Has a customer-focused mindset—you are comfortable interpreting customer data and insights to guide your strategy and recommendations;
- Is a team player with a collaborative approach, you thrive in environments where teamwork drives results;

What you'll be doing:
- Based in Warsaw, you will collaborate closely with our team in Katowice and the central brand team across Europe, ensuring seamless execution of our global and local strategies;
- Autonomous Role: You’ll work independently while maintaining close cooperation with both the local and central marketing teams;
- Brand Localization: You will collaborate with the group brand team to adapt central brand campaigns to fit the local market for maximum relevance;
- Creative Collaboration: You’ll work with local and global creative agencies to support and execute campaign production;
- Market Insight: You’ll stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to keep our strategy agile;
- Creative Inspiration: You’ll serve as a creative resource and inspiration for the marketing department, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy;
- Campaign Management: Acting as the liaison between the group brand and local marketing, you’ll oversee the creation of market-specific campaigns and ensure consistent, high-quality execution of both local and central campaigns;
- Media Planning: Working closely with the local media buying team and group brand, you’ll ensure all campaigns are strategically planned, executed, and delivered on time, meeting the agreed objectives;
- Brand Guardian: You’ll ensure all external communications across social media, PR, sponsorships, and events align with our brand guidelines and strategy;
- Sponsorship & Partnerships: You’ll collaborate with our sponsorship and partnerships team to support and amplify our brand values, ensuring they always serve to elevate our presence in the market;
- Customer Focus: You’ll act as the voice of the customer in the market, ensuring that central teams have a clear understanding of customer needs and perceptions to keep us at the top of our game;
- Team Player: You’re a true collaborator, able to work across teams and functions, sharing ideas, and building strong relationships to ensure collective success;
