As a Customer Support Specialist at SurePay you’ll be part of the Business Operations team, which sits at the center of our company. As SurePay grows as a business, the amount of products we offer and clients we serve grows too. In this role, you'll focus on providing excellent service to our customers and learning the ins and outs of our solutions. Your main responsibility will be managing our service desk, handling all customer inquiries and requests. Your goal? Ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate responses, whether through our service desk or FAQs. You'll also collaborate with our Customer Success team on various projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

You can maintain an overview and prioritize even when there are a lot of customer questions and requests; in fact you thrive on working in a structured way. You seize opportunities to suggest improvements and enhancements, always seeking ways to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. While you enjoy working as part of a team, you're also comfortable taking initiative and driving positive change independently. You also don’t shy away from a dynamic and fast paced environment. What you’ll do at SurePay

  • Overseeing our customer service desk and supporting our customers by answering their questions in a timely manner
  • Monitoring alerts and taking prompt actions if necessary
  • Managing the FAQ and making sure our customers have accurate information
  • Assisting with a variety of other business operations tasks and projects such as RFPs, certificate renewals and release management
  • Keep learning and finding opportunities to improve our overall customer support process. You are free to pick up projects if you spot opportunities for improvement!

 

Is this you? 

  • Relevant HBO or WO studies in an area such as business, data science or management for example
  • Clear and strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both in writing and spoken. Additional EU languages are a plus.
  • You describe yourself as a team player, a self starter and a natural problem solver who enjoys helping customers and working with data
  • You are good at keeping an overview and structure in your work
  • Work experience with JIRA, Hubspot and Confluence is a plus
