As the Senior Product Marketeer, you will be at the core of our product launches, developing and executing strategies to ensure successful go-to-market (G2M) initiatives for both existing and new products. Working closely with product teams, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of SurePay's offerings and translate that into compelling content, campaigns, and market positioning. You will also be responsible for driving our brand forward in multiple countries, while ensuring that our products stand out in a competitive market, particularly in fraud prevention and payment services.

This is a key role within SurePay's growing marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market (G2M) strategy: Define and execute comprehensive G2M strategies for new products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Product launches: Lead the development and execution of product launches, coordinating across teams to ensure smooth and impactful rollouts.
  • Campaign development: Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness, generate leads, and drive adoption of SurePay’s products. For this you will work closely with Growth Marketing. 
  • Content creation: Develop product-specific content such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars and presentations that demonstrate product value and thought leadership.
  • Market research & positioning: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments, ensuring SurePay products are positioned effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure cohesive messaging and product alignment.
  • Customer insights: Engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously refine product marketing strategies and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Campaign analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing for maximum impact and ROI.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or fraud prevention, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • In-depth product knowledge: Strong understanding of payment systems, fraud prevention solutions, and regulatory environments, with the ability to communicate product value effectively.
  • Content & campaign expertise: Skilled in creating engaging content and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns. 
  • Analytical skills: Ability to use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives. Dutch fluency is a plus.
  • Team player: A collaborative spirit who thrives in cross-functional environments, working with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
