At SurePay we’re on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative to dive into new markets within the EU, identify opportunities and reach out to (and qualify) potential leads, with a focus on outbound lead generation in Southern Europe. You will play a critical role in building relationships and generating new business opportunities, laying the foundation for further growth in this key region.
SurePay is already active in the Netherlands, the UK and Belgium. We want to continue expanding to other EU countries and help the banks in those countries to offer more safe and secure payment mechanisms.
What you’ll do at SurePay
- Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients across Southern Europe through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Generate outbound leads and qualify new opportunities for the sales team.
- Identify client needs and refer qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to support and optimize campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
What you’ll need
- Experience with outbound lead generation is essential; 1-3 years of sales experience is a plus.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Driven and passionate about sales.
- Fluent in English and Italian or Spanish or French.
