About the role

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist at Tabby, we're looking for someone to support and champion content, operations, tracking and reporting in our affiliate marketing channels. Your role will significantly contribute to the growth of Tabby’s marketplace and customer experience. This is a cross-functional position that will involve working closely with Marketing, Merchandising and Customer Experience as well as external affiliate partners.

You will:

  • Foster a detailed understanding of how relationships work through affiliate networks/agencies as well as direct associations with our retailer partners.
  • Ensure seamless listings and successful integration of merchants to the Tabby marketplace.
  • Manage updates of weekly marketing collateral from our retailer partners.
  • Own and track issues related to affiliate transactions with the Customer Care team and work closely with our affiliate partners to resolve them.
  • Analyze information from the Customer Care team and report feedback on customer behavior and attitudes that contribute to product development.
  • Support the affiliate team with operational tasks such as listings, updating promotions, reporting and others.
  • Liaising with a network of testers for testing and quality assurance.
  • Work with the marketing team on ensuring promotions shared are up to date and relevant to audiences.

This might be right for you if:

  • You have over a year of experience in affiliate marketing in retail (preferably in fashion or beauty) or an affiliate network/agency.
  • You are curious to learn more and deep-dive into the affiliate marketing ecosystem.
  • You have experience using a content management system like Wordpress, Contentful, etc.
  • You have experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You can successfully streamline and organise data and content.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
