As a HR Generalist, you will be a pivotal player in our team, responsible for:

  • Maintaining the quality and functionality of our co-working space, ensuring a productive and inviting environment for our team.
  • Managing travel logistics, including hotel and flight bookings, for team members and their families.
  • Procuring work devices such as laptops, smartphones, and other necessary hardware.
  • Sourcing and managing contractors, including negotiation of contracts and handling all necessary paperwork.
  • Coordinating the employment and legalization process for new employees and their families, making their transition seamless and efficient.
  • Organizing engaging team building activities to strengthen bonds, promote creativity, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

You should apply if you are based in Georgia and have:

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience sourcing vendors or contractors.
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics.
  • Understanding of the employment laws and immigration processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with team members and external partners.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Proficiency in Russian is a huge plus.
  • Experience working in a co-working space environment.
  • Experience in managing team building activities or corporate events.
  • Familiarity with purchasing IT equipment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
