About the role 

The Finance Manager is required to manage all financial functions within Tamara. This role will report into the Senior Director of Finance and manage a small team of Accountants in Saudi Arabia.

What you will do 

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and provide financial reports
  • Liaising with auditors for yearly reviews
  • Ensuring the timely completion of tax requirements
  • Financial planning and forecasting
  • Adapting the financial plan into requesting yearly budgets and keeping track of deviations, ensuring the usage of restorative measures
  • Researching and covering factors affecting business execution 
  • Developing detailed and accurate business plans to support the decision making and tracking of budgets
  • Cash-flow planning and monitoring, delivering long-term forecasts
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them
  • Collaborating effectively across functions
  • Ensuring that all processes and products comply with company and Central Bank regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to KYC, compliance, and anti-money laundering


  • Qualified Accountant - University graduate with 5 - 7 years of post-qualification progressive experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Big 4 or Big 10 audit firm is a MUST
  • Experience in the Fintech, retail, or e-commerce sector is preferable
  • Prior experience as a Finance Manager
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
  • Solid technical accounting skills, including IFRS
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Fully affluent in Arabic & English
  • Must be Saudi National
