Your role

We're seeking a Graduates Program Manager for our People and Culture team. As Graduates Program Manager, you will be crucial in developing and leading innovative graduate programs in technology, shaping the future of Tamara's early-career talent pipeline.

Drawing on your proficiency in managing graduate candidate journeys from recruitment to integration, you will be responsible for fostering connections with schools and industry, sourcing and engaging prospective candidates to create unique experiences only Tamara can provide.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative graduate program tracks tailored to attract top-tier technology talent for Tamara.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with relevant educational institutions and industry partners to effectively recruit and engage with prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Tamara to align graduate program efforts with business needs.
  • Define recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, leveraging their expertise to attract and select the best candidates for the program.
  • Lead program design and ideation, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends to create a cutting-edge experience for participants.
  • Develop and implement candidate journey strategies, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from recruitment through to induction, training & rotations.
  • Design and oversee induction, training & rotations, providing participants with the necessary skills and exposure to thrive within their roles.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing support, guidance, and mentorship throughout their journey.
  • Track and analyze program metrics, generating reports to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the graduate program, driving initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and scalability.

Your expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on graduate or early career programs.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition within the technology sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in program design, ideation, and implementation, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the candidate journey and experience, with the ability to design and implement engaging experiences for participants.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and priorities, including maintaining stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Passion for technology and talent development, with a commitment to driving organizational success through the recruitment and development of early career talent.
