Your role

We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our CRM & Business Process team. As Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be crucial in developing and implementing customized solutions within Salesforce to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. They will also be involved in mentoring junior developers and collaborating with various teams to enhance and optimize our Salesforce environment.

Drawing on your extensive experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce development, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

With a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects, you excel at writing clean, maintainable code, optimizing workflows, and leveraging advanced Salesforce features to enhance user experiences. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills enable you to troubleshoot issues effectively and continuously improve our Salesforce environment.

You are a proactive, innovative thinker who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and your passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies will be key to your success in this role.

Your responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to support business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide technical recommendations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Mentor and support junior developers in their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve our Salesforce environment.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Pardot Certificate, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
