Your role
As an Ads Operations Associate at Tamara Ads, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of merchant advertising campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to support campaign delivery, analyze performance data, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about digital advertising and looking to develop expertise in the growing Tamara Ads.

Your responsibilities
* Campaign Execution & Management - Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns.
* Ensure timely and accurate campaign launches, including ad creatives, targeting, and budget management.
* Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
* Perform ongoing analysis and adjust campaigns to maximize performance, including bidding strategies, targeting refinements, and creative recommendations.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and CPC.
* Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational queries related to ad campaigns.
* Work closely with account managers and clients to address campaign needs and resolve any issues or escalations.
* Continuously identify opportunities to streamline ad operations processes and improve team efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
* Ensure campaigns are implemented according to established guidelines and best practices.
* Conduct audits and quality checks on campaign setups to avoid errors and discrepancies.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret data and create reports.
* Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools, with experience in Amazon/Noon Ads preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Read and write in Arabic is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Amazon Ads or other major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
* Knowledge of programmatic advertising, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics.
* Familiarity with Amazon's advertising tools (e.g., Amazon DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
