As our Founder's Associate Intern, you help us scale Tanso and establish a strong foundation, together with our Founders Associate (Cedric), CEO (Till), as well as the Project Manager to the CEO (Tina). Your focus will be on building up key partnerships and business development initiatives while managing your own projects.
How you succeed
🚀 Scale an early-stage company
- Leverage strategic partnerships and business development initiatives for growth. Work on building and nurturing key partnerships that can drive Tanso's growth, expand our market reach, and enhance our product offerings.
- Prepare for next steps. Focus on optimizing our business model and ensuring we have the necessary financial metrics and growth strategies to attract investors.
🚧 Establish a strong foundation for scaling up
- Get your hands dirty and manage your own projects. Support everything from reaching key strategic goals to day-to-day operations, in a mix of venture development and Operations topics.
- Make sure we run as a company. Work on refining key processes and tools to further support scaling Tanso. Steer the implementation of critical business tools, automate workflows or help us to better attract talent to join our mission.

- Proactively take responsibility for making Tanso a better company.

- Cedric, our Founder's Associate, who is making Tanso scalable in terms of numbers and metrics while working on business development initiatives
- Till (CEO), one of our Founders, who is leading and planning our business strategy
- Tina, our Project Manager to the CEO, who is responsible for special projects and business development

Hard Requirements
- You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
