Your main objective is to turn (your) Tanso customers into successful Tanso advocates, take ownership to make us as a Customer Success Team even better and support us in delivering value to our growing customer base at scale.
As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you work together with our Customer Success Lead and the Customer Success Team to build and refine our customer success strategy while working on the front lines of ensuring value delivery in our customer base from sustainability managers to C-Level executives.
In your role you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensure value delivery and communication and challenge and improve our CS processes.
How you succeed
🤝🏼 Build relationships & Tanso advocates
- Turn customers into Tanso advocates. Get new customers up to speed quickly and deliver and communicate value.
- Nurture and maintain customer relationships. Ensure professional and empathic communication across all interactions, touch points and stakeholders.
- Be a sparring partner. Provide best practices for software adoption, carbon management and effective sustainability reporting.
📈 Steer insights & customers
- Be an expert on your customer. Understand their key pain points, needs and expectations and be the customers advocate within Tanso.
- Renew and upsell customers. Leverage the value you created and your expert knowledge on your customers to craft the optimal Tanso offering for them.
- Drive customer-centric projects & product development. Proactively get feedback for the Product team and drive (cross-collaborative) projects to improve the customer experience

- Level up CS. Drive (strategic) projects to improve how we work as a CS team and with our growing customer base at Tanso. Constantly look for opportunities to work more efficiently while improving customer experience.
- Be on top of your metrics. Use best-practice metrics to track the success of our efforts and drive initiatives

Hard Requirements
- You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
