Your main objective is to turn (your) Tanso customers into successful Tanso advocates, take ownership to enable customers to master their sustainability challenges and deliver this value and impact to our growing customer base at scale.
As our Sustainability Success Manager, you work together with our Customer Success Lead and the Customer Success Team to build and refine our customer journey across our sustainability modules while working on the front lines of ensuring value delivery in our customer base from sustainability managers to C-Level executives.
In your role you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensure value delivery and develop scalable solutions for industrial companies to operationalize their sustainability challenges.
How you succeed
🤝🏼 Build relationships & Tanso advocates
- Turn customers into Tanso advocates. Get new customers up to speed quickly and deliver and communicate value.
- Nurture and maintain customer relationships. Ensure professional and empathic communication across all interactions, touch points and stakeholders.
- Be a sparring partner. Provide best practices for software adoption, carbon management and effective sustainability reporting.
☘️ Understand & solve customer sustainability needs
- Be an expert on your customer. Understand their key pain points, needs and expectations and be the customers advocate within Tanso.
- Level up sustainability operationalization. Drive (cross-collaborative) projects to improve the customer experience and enable them to independently solve their sustainability challenges.

Hard Requirements
- You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
