The Operations & Finance team lies at the heart of things at Tanso and it will be your responsibility to not only join but actively own and drive your own projects both within the department and across functions. Topics could include the improvement of our reporting landscape, revamp of our tool stack and monitoring the ebb and tide of cash in the organization. You want to work on business intelligence initiatives, conduct proactive change management and increase the organization’s compliance level at the same time? Then this is the role for you.
How you succeed
- Reporting & Business Intelligence: Optimization and automation of our reporting landscape to professionalize data-based decisions and strategy processes.
- Finance & Cash Flow Monitoring: Active participation in our financial management and responsibility in the area of finance and accounting.
- IT & Processes: Selection and implementation of best-in-class tools to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to optimize processes and support Tanso's growth.

Hard Requirements
- You already live in or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
